The Illumination Youth Empowerment Corporation programs are specifically designed to target "At Risk" youth and young adults. There are overwhelming circumstances, issues, and vicious cycles that affect this population specifically. However, in a more general sense, they are working to empower
ALL children and young adults through education, training, exposure, entertainment and athletic programs.
