To be eligible For the After-school Component students must be: * Kindergarten-12th Grade (most are enrolled in grades K-2nd)
* Attend school in Transylvania County
* Of average or above average ability (may or may not be performing at their ability level, should not be diagnosed for special education services in school (with exception of speech/language services) Other diagnoses must be determined on a case by case basis
* In need of support and enhancement,
* Committed to attending daily with excused absences only.
* Willing to work hard to succeed.
